30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Cards must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Eligible for Return

  • ✓ Cards not matching the listed condition
  • ✓ Damaged during shipping
  • ✓ Wrong card received
  • ✓ Authenticity concerns

Not Eligible for Return

  • ✗ Cards damaged after delivery by buyer
  • ✗ Returns requested after 30 days
  • ✗ Change of mind after opening sealed products

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@heroesofthemeta.com with your order number
  2. Include photos of the card and any issues
  3. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the card back using our provided label
  5. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
